The Allen-Bradley 20-HIM-A3 PowerFlex Architecture Class HIM Keypad is a dedicated control panel designed for use with PowerFlex systems. It offers flexible enclosure and mounting options, including IP00, IP20, IP54 ingress protection ratings and flange mounting, to suit diverse industrial environment requirements. Equipped with robust functional capabilities, this keypad supports speed and torque control with or without encoder feedback, as well as position indexing and speed profiling for precise motion management. Additional key features include parameter linking, torque calibration for lift applications, adjustable voltage ranges for non-motor loads, a position regulator, and a 16-step index table for encoder feedback-enabled setups. It also integrates custom firmware for specialized scenarios, such as oil well applications and cascaded fan/pump systems with pump dry-run protection.
