BENTLY NEVADA 103928-02 Keyphasor KPH Input Board is a specialized component designed for integration with Bently Nevada machinery condition monitoring systems, aligned with the functionality of the related 3500/25 Enhanced Keyphasor Module. As a semi-height, dual-channel module, it serves to receive and convert Keyphasor signals, transmitting them to monitor modules within 3500 racks. It detects alignment between shaft-mounted keyphasor marks and sensors using magnetic pickups or proximity probes, converting analog input signals into digital Keyphasor data for precise rotational monitoring. The module supports flexible configuration: paired setups require installation in upper/lower half-slots or consecutive monitoring positions in two half-slots. Four such modules can provide four output channels, accepting four primary and four backup input channels (one per module), while three-module configurations with two coupled and one unpaired unit are also feasible, supporting single unpaired Keyphasor setups.
