Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 136483-01 Isolated I/O Module is a specialized keyphasor input/output module designed for industrial machinery monitoring systems. As an isolated I/O module, it is optimized for scenarios requiring connection of keyphasor signals from multiple devices and electrical isolation from other control systems, preventing cross-system interference. Its primary function is shaft speed measurement, and it can also provide phase measurement, though it introduces a slightly larger phase shift compared to non-isolated I/O module versions.
Compatible with magnetic pickups and proximity probe sensors, the module accepts up to two sensor signals per unit, with an input signal range of +5V to -11V. It supports flexible system configuration, including setups with three keyphasor modules (two coupled, one unpaired) to meet diverse monitoring needs. Additional features include the ability to create one-per-revolution event signals from multi-event per-revolution inputs, field-upgradable firmware, and asset management data reporting capabilities.
