BENTLY NEVADA 163179-01 Temperature Monitor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 163179-01 Temperature Monitor is an industrial-grade temperature measurement and monitoring device designed for harsh industrial environments, suitable for temperature monitoring of equipment like motors, turbines, and compressors. It features 6 measurement channels to simultaneously monitor multiple temperature points, and supports two types of temperature inputs: Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD) and Thermocouples (TC), providing flexible sensor selection for diverse application needs. The device offers programmable alarm functionality, allowing users to set custom alarm thresholds via configuration software; it triggers alarm signals when temperatures exceed the preset ranges. Key technical specifications include a 250Vdc channel-to-channel isolation for TC isolation versions, input lead resistance greater than 10MΩ per lead, power consumption of 9 watts, and an operating temperature range of -30 to 65 degrees Celsius. Built with an industrial-grade modular design, it delivers high reliability and stability for long-term continuous operation, while its modular structure enables easy installation and maintenance. It can be configured for three-module redundancy setups with voting mechanisms to avoid single-point failures, ensuring accurate and uninterrupted temperature monitoring.
