BENTLY NEVADA 1900/27-01 Vibration Monitor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 1900/27-01 Vibration Monitor is a specialized industrial vibration monitoring device designed to track equipment vibration levels for operational health assessment. It features a defined measurement capability with a sensitivity of 100 MV/G and a peak measurement range of 20G, enabling accurate detection of vibration anomalies in industrial assets. The monitor supports flexible input configurations, including multiple vibration and temperature inputs: each vibration input can be software-configured to work with 2-wire or 3-wire acceleration, velocity, or displacement sensors, while temperature inputs are compatible with E, J, K, and T type thermocouples. For output and connectivity, it offers six programmable relay outputs that activate based on user-defined logic for channel OK, warning, and alarm states, plus four 4-20 mA recorder outputs that can be configured to transmit any variable from any channel. Additionally, each vibration input has a dedicated buffered output, and an optional Modbus gateway is available to integrate with industrial control systems such as DCS, SCADA, or PLC, allowing data sharing for centralized monitoring. Ideal for non-critical or general-purpose rotating equipment across industries like power, oil and gas, and manufacturing, it provides cost-effective continuous vibration monitoring to support proactive maintenance and prevent unexpected equipment failure.
