BENTLY NEVADA 3300/16-13-01-01-00-00-00 Dual Vibration Monitor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 3300/16-13-01-01-00-00-00 Dual Vibration Monitor is a dual-channel monitoring device designed to replace the 3300/15 dual radial vibration monitor, which lacks radial position gap alarms. It accepts inputs from two proximity probes or proximity systems to continuously detect and monitor two independent channels of radial vibration and average shaft position (gap). Key technical features include user-programmable power supply, which can be set to -24 Vdc or -18 Vdc, with current limiting on the individual monitor circuit board. Users can also program the frequency response to two ranges: 4 to 4,000 Hz (240 to 240,000 cpm) or 1 to 600 Hz (60 to 36,000 cpm). Note that the 1 to 600 Hz (60 to 36,000 cpm) range is not recommended for machine applications requiring fast start-up, inertial coast-down rates, or acceleration/deceleration rates exceeding 1000 rpm/s, as the expanded low-frequency range may retain vibration transients common during fast start-ups, which could keep vibration levels above alarm setpoints after the alarm time delay. This monitor is suitable for heavy industry applications where precise radial vibration and shaft position monitoring is critical.
