BENTLY NEVADA 330180-12-00 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 330180-12-00 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor is a 5/8mm vibration proximity sensor designed for industrial position and vibration monitoring. It features a linear range of approximately 2.0mm (80 mil), and operates within a temperature range of -51 degrees Celsius to +100 degrees Celsius (-60°F to +212°F). With a maximum power consumption of 12 mA, it requires a supply voltage of -17.5 Vdc to -26 Vdc, and its total system length must match the electrical length of paired probes and extension cables.
As part of the 3300 XL Transducer System, this sensor receives signals from compatible eddy current probes via extension cables, converting them into a voltage signal proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the monitored conductive surface. Key features include high immunity to radio frequency interference, flexible mounting options including panel mount and DIN mount with no required mounting hardware, and electrical isolation in its mounting base. A core innovation of the 3300 XL series is 100% interchangeability of system components (probe, extension cable, proximitor sensor) without separate matching or field calibration, meeting API 670 standards to simplify installation, maintenance, and spare parts management for industrial machinery monitoring applications.
