BENTLY NEVADA 330901-00-90-05-02-00 3300 NSv Proximity Probe
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 330901-00-90-05-02-00 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a non-contact eddy current sensor from the 3300 XL NSv series, designed for vibration and displacement monitoring of rotating machinery. It features a 1/4-28 UNF thread and is non-armored. Key electrical features include a power-up soft-start function, where it maintains an output signal of less than 3.6 mA for 2-3 seconds after power is applied. Its output is compatible with ungrounded portable test equipment; when using grounded, AC-powered test devices, the 122115-01 test adapter is required for signal isolation. The probe has a standard sensitivity of 7.87 mV/micro (200 mV/mil) ± 6.5%, and models with the -05 suffix carry explosion-proof certification, making them suitable for hazardous chemical environments. It is commonly used for vibration monitoring of centrifugal air compressors, small water pumps, motors, and fans, with applications across steel, power, metallurgy, chemical, and petrochemical industries. Compatible extension cables are available in 5-meter and 7-meter system lengths, and its vibration signals can be transmitted to PLC or DCS systems via 4-20 mA output through compatible vibration monitors.
