BENTLY NEVADA 330980-50-00 3300 XL NSv Proximity Sensor
Description
The BENTLY NEVADA 330980-50-00 3300 XL NSv Proximity Sensor is part of the 3300 XL series eddy current sensor system, engineered for critical condition monitoring of rotating machinery. Designed to meet API 670 standards, it supports measurement of vibration, displacement, key phase, and rotational speed for equipment like steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and gearboxes.
Key technical specifications include a 24V DC operating voltage, with output signals available in 0-10V DC or 4-20mA ranges, and a high data sampling rate of up to 24kHz, delivering ±0.1% FS accuracy. The sensor operates in temperatures from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, with an extended range option of -52 degrees Celsius to 177 degrees Celsius, and some models carry ATEX Zone 2 explosion-proof certification for use in high-temperature, high-humidity, and oil-contaminated environments.
Featuring flexible probe configurations, it offers armored and non-armored options with thread sizes including 1/4-28, 3/8-24, M8 X 1, and M10 X 1; reverse-mounted 3300 NSv probes come standard with 3/8-24 or M10 X 1 threads, sealed with Viton O-rings. It supports RS-232/RS-422 serial communication, and is compatible with Modbus TCP/IP, Bently proprietary protocols, and Ethernet/IP for seamless integration with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems. Ideal for space-constrained installations, it targets small radial vibration measurements on shafts under 51mm and axial position measurements on flat targets under 15mm.
