Description

The BENTLY NEVADA 3500/05-01-01-00-00-01 System Rack is a core component for mechanical condition monitoring systems, designed to support the 3500 series of online monitoring and protection systems. This rack enables close placement of 3500 series modules, facilitating seamless inter-module communication and targeted power distribution to each module. It features a modular design that allows flexible configuration of module combinations to meet diverse industrial monitoring requirements, and it is fully compatible with all Bently Nevada 3500 series modules, including proximity eddy current sensors, velocity acceleration sensors, and composite sensor cards.

Constructed with industrial-grade materials, the rack is rugged and durable, capable of operating reliably in harsh industrial environments such as those found in oil and gas, power, chemical, and mining sectors. It is available in two form factors: a full-size 19-inch EIA rack with 14 available module slots, and a mini 12-inch rack with 7 available module slots. Three mounting options are provided: panel mount, rack mount, and bulkhead mount (bulkhead mount is not available for the mini rack). The power and rack interface modules must be installed in the leftmost position, with remaining slots open for custom module configurations. For racks with internal safety barriers, a dedicated 3500/04-01 internal safety barrier grounding module is required, which occupies one exclusive rack slot. Note that the 3500/93 System Display’s A01 System Face Mount option is incompatible with the mini rack variant.
