Description

The BENTLY NEVADA Shaft Absolute 138708-01 I/O Module is a specialized shaft monitoring input/output module designed for industrial machinery condition monitoring. It features flexible installation options, supporting both compact rail mounting and traditional panel mounting; panel mounting hole positions match those of 3300 proximitors, and both mounting substrates offer excellent electrical insulation, eliminating the need for separate insulation plates. Integrated with a 3300 XL proximitor with strong anti-interference capabilities, it outputs a voltage signal proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the measured conductor surface, enabling both static and dynamic measurements. Key applications include gap and displacement measurement for oil film bearing machines, as well as key phase and rotational speed measurement. As part of the 3300 XL 8mm eddy current sensor system, it meets the American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 670 (4th edition), ensuring consistent, high-performance operation. All components in the 3300 XL 8mm system, including probes, extension cables, and proximitors, are fully interchangeable, requiring no separate component matching or bench calibration. The module also supports connection with Prox/Accel, Velomitor, or Seismorprobe devices via internal terminations, enhancing its compatibility with diverse monitoring setups.
