DS200FSAAG1ABA | GE FANUC | Field Supply Gate Amplifier Board
Description
The DS200FSAAG1ABA is a Field Supply Gate Amplifier Board from the GE FANUC Mark V DS200 series, designed for dual applications: it serves as a single-phase excitation power gate amplifier board for DC2000 DC drives, and also functions as an RST analog I/O board for gas turbine control systems. Key technical features include a wide operating temperature range of 0 to 65 degrees Celsius, which allows reliable operation without requiring fan cooling. It offers two dual gigabit Ethernet configurations: one setup connects a 10/100/1000BaseT Ethernet port to the front panel and another to the rear P2 connector. As a G1 version, it is engineered for non-reversible field power and is equipped with NRX functionality. The board’s hardware components include 5 jumpers, a 10-pin connector, two fuses, and multiple test points. It is designed to mount to another drive component via screws aligned with holes at each corner; a metal surface around these holes provides added protection, with care needed to avoid over-tightening screws. As an analog I/O board, it scales and conditions a range of signals including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, and generator and line signals, with connectivity to other system boards via dedicated connectors.
