DS200QTBAG1ADC | GE Fanuc | Mark V Terminal Board
Description
DS200QTBAG1ADC is a Mark V Series RST Analog I/O Terminal Board designed for gas turbine control systems. Serving as a critical interface between gas turbine analog signals and control systems, it provides terminal processing and connection for analog signals from various turbine sensors, including temperature, pressure, and vibration signals, and transmits these processed signals to the control system. The board is equipped with two terminal blocks, each featuring 72 signal wire terminals for easy connection to turbine sensors, plus a 40-pin JFF connector and a serial connector. It has dimensions of approximately 28cm x 7cm x 3cm and weighs around 0.35kg. Working in conjunction with TCQA analog I/O boards, it supports processing of a wide range of signals read from I/O cores R1, R2, and R3, including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. Processed signals are transmitted to STCA boards via 3PL connectors, while JE connectors enable signal transmission and reception with TCQC boards for generator and line signal management.
