DS200TBCAG1AAB | General Electric | Analog I/O Terminal Board
Description
DS200TBCAG1AAB is an Analog I/O Terminal Board from General Electric, part of the Mark V series, designed for integration into gas turbine control systems. This high-performance board serves as a critical interface for handling and conditioning a wide range of analog signals, including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, as well as generator and line signals. It works in conjunction with the TCQA analog I/O board to scale and condition signals read from terminal boards installed on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3, such as 4-20 mA inputs for compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure monitoring. Equipped with a 3PL connector for writing signals to the STCA board and a JE connector for sending and receiving generator and line signals with the TCQC board, it ensures seamless signal transmission between system components. Additionally, the board supports compatibility with redundant system architectures, featuring high-speed network I/O for simplex, dual, and triple redundant setups, and uses industrial standard Ethernet for communication with controllers, monitoring stations, and third-party systems. It leverages a real-time, multi-tasking operating system and configurable control block language for reliable, consistent data management and control functionality.
