Description
DS200TBQAG1ABB is an RST analog I/O board belonging to the Mark V series, designed for gas turbine control systems. As a thermocouple termination module, its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards installed on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3. Supported signals include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. It also specifically scales and conditions 4-20 mA input signals such as compressor stall detection signals and fuel flow pressure signals. Equipped with dedicated connectors, the module uses the 3PL connector to write partial signals to the STCA board, and the JE connector to send and receive generator and line signals with the TCQC board. The 2PL connector facilitates power distribution from the TCPS board to the core, while the 3PL serves as a data bus linking the STCA, TCQA, and TCQE boards within the core for signal transmission to the COREBUS. This module is engineered to support precise signal processing for reliable gas turbine control operations.
