DS200TCQAG1BHF | Analog I/O Board | General Electric Mark V
Description
DS200TCQAG1BHF is an Analog I/O Board belonging to the General Electric Mark V series, designed for gas turbine control systems. Its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards installed on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3 (TCQA). Supported signal types include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs and outputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals. The board facilitates signal transmission via dedicated connections: some signals are written to the STCA board through the 3PL connection, while the JE connection enables communication with the TCQC board by sending and receiving generator and line signals. Key hardware features include configurable jumpers: J1 and J2 select mA output circuits, J5 and J6 set mA output current ranges to either 20 mA or 200 mA, J7 enables card testing via the RS232 port, and J8 activates the oscillator. Additional technical specifications include a 24V operating voltage, plug-and-play installation, and it is manufactured in the United States. Jumper configuration details are available in Appendix A and the operator interface hardware jumper panel.
