GE FANUC DS200PTBAG1AEC Termination Board
Description
GE FANUC DS200PTBAG1AEC Termination Board is an RST analog I/O board belonging to the Mark V series for gas turbine control systems. It is designed to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals, including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, as well as generator and line signals. This board supports signal interaction with other system components: some signals are sent to the STCA board via a 3PL connector, while the JE connector is used to send and receive generator and line signals with the TCQC board. It works with the TCQA board, which scales and conditions 4-20 mA input signals such as compressor stall detection signals and fuel flow pressure signals. Equipped with specific PTBA connectors for targeted signal transmission, including JJR (transmits high and low pressure shaft speed signals to the TCQE board), JM (reads and writes emergency trip outputs and generator breaker signals with the TCTG board), JN (reads and writes external trip signals and generator breaker signals with the TCTG board), JU (transmits audible alarm enable, flame detection, and emergency overspeed signals to the TCEB board), JV (transmits PT and CT current signals, generator and bus voltage signals to the TCEB board), JVA (distributes 335 V DC power from the TCEB board to flame detection devices), and JJS/T (rarely used). The board features 2 terminal blocks with 72 signal lines each, 3 10-pin connectors, and terminal posts for 6 signal lines. It measures 3 inches in height and 11.5 inches in width, with holes at each corner for mounting to an internal drive rack.
