Description

The GE Fanuc IC200ERM002C Non-Isolated Expansion Receiver Module is a member of the Versamax product series, designed to enhance the functionality of Versamax PLCs or I/O output stations by increasing the number of connectable modules. It supports a maximum capacity of 7 racks, with up to 8 modules per rack, enabling flexible scaling for larger industrial automation applications. The module requires an external power supply to power all connected devices; when using additional power supplies or booster carriers, they must be connected to the module’s main power terminal. Equipped with 3 onboard LED indicators, it provides clear visual feedback of device operating status, including power supply condition, expansion bus communication status, and CPU/NIU scanning activity for the expansion rack. Additionally, it functions as a discrete input module for PACSystems RX3i series PLCs, featuring 8 125 V DC inputs divided into two groups of 4 points each. Each group can be configured for positive or negative logic, with separate, internally disconnected common terminals, and the number of simultaneously active inputs is dependent on ambient temperature. The module can be deployed in both single-end and multi-rack Versamax I/O expansion systems to meet diverse automation setup needs.
