Description

The GE FANUC IC200ERM002G Non-isolated Expansion Receiver Module is a member of the Versamax series, designed to enhance the functionality of Versamax PLCs or I/O output stations and expand the number of connectable modules for complex control applications. It supports connection of up to 7 racks, with a maximum of 8 modules per rack, requiring an external power supply to power all connected devices; additional power supplies or boosters should be connected to the module’s main power terminal. Equipped with 3 onboard LED indicators, the module displays power status, expansion bus communication status, and CPU/NIU scan status for connected racks. As a digital I/O module, it offers 32-channel 24VDC digital input with a voltage range of 24VDC ±10% and response time ≤2ms, compatible with switches and sensors for signal collection. Its relay contact output delivers 2A per channel with 1500V AC isolation voltage, capable of driving solenoid valves, contactors, and other actuators. The module supports Modbus TCP protocol, modular redundant configuration, and multi-channel cascading, plus hot-swap and online replacement to reduce system downtime. It features photoelectric isolation for stable signal transmission against electromagnetic interference, with an operating temperature range of -25 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, IP20 protection rating, and vibration resistance meeting IEC standards (5-9Hz/3.5mm).
