GE FANUC IC660ELB912 Micro Genius Network Interface Card
Description
GE FANUC IC660ELB912 Micro Genius Network Interface Card is a Genius network interface card and a daughterboard for IBM PC Interface Modules (PCIM), designed to be installed in single-slot or dual-slot PCIM modules to enable I/O controller functionality for host controllers. It enables control, monitoring, and management of remote I/O devices via the Genius I/O network, with support for up to 30 connected devices. As a digital input/output module, it features 16 digital input channels and 16 digital output channels, with a rated voltage of 24V DC. Inputs support a voltage range of 12-30V DC, a maximum input current of 7mA, and a response time of less than 2ms. Outputs offer a voltage range of 20.4-28.8V DC, a maximum output current of 0.5A per channel, and compatibility with resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. It provides electrical isolation of 1500V AC between input/output circuits and 500V AC between channels. The module uses DIN rail mounting, with dimensions of approximately 120mm x 80mm x 40mm and a weight of 0.3kg. It operates in temperatures from -20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, with a storage temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, and supports relative humidity of 5% to 95% without condensation. It supports multiple communication protocols including Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, and EtherNet/IP, with configurable communication rates of 38.4K, 76.8K, 153.6K standard, or 153.6K extended. With high reliability, fast response, and flexible configuration, it is suitable for industrial automation control scenarios in manufacturing, energy, and transportation sectors.
