Description

The GE FANUC IC694MDL940 RX3i Relay Isolated Output Relay Module is a discrete output module for industrial automation systems, compatible with the RX3i PACSystems platform. It features 16 normally open (N.O.) relay output points, grouped into 4 sets of 4 outputs, each with a shared common terminal. The module supports flexible output voltage ranges: 5 to 30 VDC (nominal 24 VDC) or 50 to 250 VAC (nominal 120/240 VAC), with a frequency range of 47 to 63 Hz. Each output channel handles a maximum 2 amps of pilot load, while each common terminal supports a maximum 4 amps of total load, with a peak surge current of 5 amps.

Operating power can be 24 VDC or 120/240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, with a current draw of 7 mA from the 5 V backplane bus, or 24 mA when all outputs are energized via the 135 V relay bus. It has a fixed response time of 15 ms per output, and an IP20 protection rating. Environmental specifications include an operating temperature range of -25 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, storage temperature of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, and non-condensing relative humidity of 5% to 95%. Measuring 105 x 30 x 20 mm and weighing approximately 0.1 kg, it occupies a single backplane slot. Designed for high reliability and anti-interference performance, it is ideal for controlling industrial equipment such as motors, solenoids, valves, and indicators in applications including discrete manufacturing, packaging, automotive production, semiconductor processing, and power utilities.
