GE Fanuc IC695CPU320 CPU Module
Description
The GE Fanuc IC695CPU320 CPU Module is a high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC) from the RX3i series, designed for demanding industrial automation applications. It offers two processor configurations: an Intel Celeron-M with 1GHz clock speed, or a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 with 1.2GHz clock speed, delivering robust computing power to handle complex control algorithms. Corresponding memory options include 64MB RAM plus 64MB flash memory, or 1GB DDR3 RAM with 2GB NAND Flash (supporting expansion up to 8GB).
Equipped with a rich set of communication interfaces, the module features 2x gigabit Ethernet ports (supporting PROFINET and Modbus TCP), 2x RS-232 ports, 1x RS-485 port, and 1x USB 3.0 port, ensuring seamless connectivity with industrial networks and devices. It supports both high-speed PCI backplane and serial backplane, and is compatible with a wide range of digital, analog, and special-function I/O modules for flexible system configuration.
Key features include CPU redundancy (hot standby mode) with switchover time ≤10ms, built-in security functions such as firewall, user permission management, and AES-128 data encryption that complies with IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards. Operating temperature ranges from 0 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius, or -20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, with storage temperature from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, and it holds CE and UL certifications. It is ideal for real-time control of machines, processes, and material handling systems.
