GE FANUC IS220PDIAH1A Iscrete Contact Input Terminal Board
Description
The GE FANUC IS220PDIAH1A Discrete Contact Input Terminal Board is an RST analog I/O board belonging to the Mark V series, designed for gas turbine control systems. This board provides precise scaling and conditioning for a wide range of analog signals, including LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, as well as generator and line signals. It supports signal interaction with other system components: some signals are transferred to STCA boards via 3PL connectors, while JE connectors enable sending and receiving generator and line signals with TCQC boards. Compatible with I/O cores R1, R2, and R3, it works alongside companion boards like TCQA to process specific signals such as 4-20 mA inputs for compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure monitoring. With a 12V switching frequency, it serves as a critical component in industrial control applications across sectors including chemical processing, oil and gas, building materials, aerospace, and electrical power generation, ensuring reliable signal management for complex turbine and industrial system operations.
