General Electric IC200ALG260 Analog Input Module
Description
The General Electric IC200ALG260 Analog Input Module is a member of the VersaMax I/O platform, designed for industrial automation applications including data acquisition, process control, and monitoring. This module accepts input signals from 8 analog devices and converts them to digital data for system processing. It supports configurable input ranges of ±10VDC, 0 to 10VDC, and 4-20mA, with a 16-bit resolution and ±0.3% full scale (FS) accuracy to ensure precise signal conversion. Key performance specifications include a 0.4ms conversion time, input/output isolation with a 250VAC continuous rating and 1500VAC rating for 1 minute, and built-in short circuit and overvoltage protection for enhanced durability. Powered by 24VDC with a 2W power consumption, it connects via a backplane and features an RJ45 interface. Operating in temperatures from -40 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 5% to 95% non-condensing, it is built for harsh industrial environments. With dimensions of 102 x 31 x 23 millimeters and a weight of 100 grams, it offers compact, flexible integration. Additional features include LED status indicators for internal power and normal operation, and it supports both single-ended and differential signal configurations to meet diverse application needs.
