Description
The AB 1756-OF4 High-Accuracy Analog Output Module for Process Control is a current and voltage output module designed for industrial process control systems, also known as a DAC (digital-to-analog conversion) module or 4-20mA output module, with core digital-to-analog conversion functionality to deliver precise analog signals. It features 4 independent channels that support both voltage and current output, with a voltage range of ±104V and a current range of 4-20mA. Key performance specifications include 15-bit resolution, current output accuracy of ≤0.05% full scale at 25 degrees Celsius, and channel scan times of a minimum 8ms for integer data and 12ms for floating-point data. The module draws backplane current of 200mA @5Vdc and 120mA @24Vdc, or 150mA @5Vdc and 210mA @24Vdc.
