Honeywell 10302/2/1 Watchdog Repeater (WDR)
Description
The Honeywell 10302/2/1 Watchdog Repeater (WDR) is an industrial control component with associated technical features derived from comparable Honeywell and related industrial instruments. Key attributes include an integrated watchdog circuit that enables automatic power-on and power-off reset to prevent system crashes, ensuring long-term reliable operation. It supports a full isolation design with isolation voltage greater than 500VAC between channels and ground, and greater than 250VAC between channels, with input impedance of 250 ohms for standard current signals and over 20M ohms for other signals. The unit operates on 100-240VAC, 47-63Hz AC power with 30VA power consumption, and features a hardware real-time clock powered by a lithium battery during power loss, with a clock error of ±1 minute per month. All configuration and historical data are stored in non-volatile FLASH memory for permanent power-loss protection. It offers selectable RS-232C and RS-485 communication interfaces (not usable simultaneously), with RS-485 isolated from the host. Additional functions include configurable sampling cycles from 1 second to 4 minutes, and optional alarm outputs with 3A, 250VAC relay contacts, supporting up to three optional alarm channels with 17 selectable alarm types including strobe, continuous, and timer-delayed alarms.
