HONEYWELL CC-PAIN01 Analog Input
Description
The HONEYWELL CC-PAIN01 Analog Input Module is a high-performance component designed for industrial automation and process control applications, and is part of the Experion Process Knowledge System. It features 4 analog input channels that accept analog signals from field devices such as temperature, pressure, and flow sensors, then convert these signals into digital data for control system processing and analysis. Key technical specifications include a configurable input range of -20 mA to 20 mA (current) and -10 V to 10 V (voltage), supporting 2-wire or self-powered transmitters with full-scale 0% to 100% input coverage. It delivers ±0.1% input accuracy and ±0.25% full-scale accuracy, paired with 16-bit analog input resolution for precise signal conversion. The module operates on 24V DC power, communicates with control systems via an RS-485 interface, and uses M12 connectors for reliable electrical connections. Additional features include configurable noise filtering, extensive self-diagnostic capabilities, optional redundancy, non-flammable field power supply, and fast loop scanning. It has an IP67 protection rating, operates in temperatures from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, and measures 100 mm x 60 mm x 30 mm with a weight of approximately 200g, enabling easy installation in harsh industrial environments.
