HONEYWELL TC-ODD321 Experion DC Output Module
Description
HONEYWELL TC-ODD321 Experion DC Output Module is a high-density 32-point DC digital output module designed for use with the Experion DCS system, ideal for industrial automation scenarios such as petrochemical, power, and metallurgy, primarily used to control discrete field devices including solenoid valves, relays, and indicator lights. The module features 32 digital output channels, configured in a 16-point per common terminal grouping design, with each group sharing one common terminal to meet wiring requirements for centralized control of multiple devices. It operates within a working temperature range of -20 to 60 degrees Celsius, with a rated DC power supply voltage of 24V, and uses a PROFINET interface with potential isolation. Its electrical specifications include linear derating characteristics: output voltage ranges from 10-31.2V DC at 50 degrees Celsius, and 10-28V DC at 60 degrees Celsius; single-channel rated current is 0.5A at 50 degrees Celsius, derated to 0.35A at 60 degrees Celsius; maximum module current is 16A at 50 degrees Celsius, derated to 10A at 60 degrees Celsius. Additional performance parameters include a surge current of 1A/10ms, repeatable every 2 seconds; maximum on-state voltage drop of 1V DC at rated current, or 3V DC per IEC 1131-2 standard; maximum off-state leakage current of 0.5mA per point; and minimum single-channel load current of 3.0mA. The module has a modular structure, with package dimensions of 12.80 x 15.30 x 5.20 cm, packaged in a box.
