IC694MDL742 | GE Fanuc | Output Module RX3i PacSystem
Description
The IC694MDL742 is a discrete input module for the GE Fanuc PACSystems RX3i programmable automation controller (PAC) platform, also referenced as a gas turbine card. This 125V DC module features 8 input points, split into two independent groups of 4 points each. Each group can be configured for positive or negative logic, with separate, internally unconnected common terminals for flexible wiring setups. A red LED indicator on the module signals electronic short-circuit protection activation, and a blue label stripe identifies it as a low-voltage module. It is compatible with any I/O slot in the RX3i system, and the maximum number of simultaneously active inputs varies based on ambient temperature. The RX3i platform uses a modular design, with a high-performance Intel 1.0GHz CPU module equipped with 64MB of user memory and proprietary technology for fast data throughput. Power modules support multiple input voltages including 120VAC, 120 to 240VAC, and 24 to 48VDC, and can power up to two racks via cable. Rack options include 5-slot CPU baseboards, 5-slot expansion racks, 5-slot remote racks, and 10-slot CPU baseboards, supporting scalable local and distributed industrial control systems for manufacturing, process control, and energy management applications.
