Description

The IS200AEBEG1A is a GE Fanuc Analog Input Module designed for industrial process control applications, compatible with GE PLC systems. As a high-performance analog signal acquisition component, it features 16 independent single-end input channels, each configurable to one of three measurement ranges, including support for 4 to 20 mA signals with a high resolution of 4 microamps to capture tiny signal variations. Each channel is equipped with high and low alarm functions, with configurable thresholds to trigger alerts for abnormal input conditions such as open circuits.

Integrated LED status indicators provide real-time visibility of power, communication, and individual channel operating states, enabling quick fault diagnosis. Powered by a 5 VDC backplane bus (120 mA current draw) plus an external +24 VDC power supply (minimum 65 mA), it delivers a standard update rate of 6 ms for real-time data acquisition and processing. A factory calibration function supports full-range adjustment of analog values to enhance measurement accuracy, making it suitable for collecting signals from temperature, pressure, flow, and level sensors in industrial automation systems.
