IS200TRLYS1BGG | General Electric Discrete I/O Board
Description
IS200TRLYS1BGG is a General Electric analog I/O board belonging to the Mark V series, designed specifically for gas turbine control systems. Its core function is to scale and condition a wide range of analog signals read from terminal boards mounted on I/O cores R1, R2, and R3 (TCQA). Supported signal types include LVDT inputs, servo valve outputs, thermocouple inputs and outputs, 4-20 mA inputs and outputs, vibration inputs, relay driver outputs, pulse inputs, voltage inputs, and generator and line signals.
The board features dedicated connectivity: partial signals are written to the STCA board via 3PL connections, while the JE connection enables communication with the TCQC board by sending and receiving generator and line signals. The companion TCQA board handles scaling and conditioning of 4-20 mA input signals for applications such as compressor stall detection and fuel flow pressure. Configurable hardware jumpers enhance flexibility: J1 and J2 select mA output circuits; J5 and J6 set mA output current ranges to either 20 mA or 200 mA; J7 enables card testing via the RS232 port; and J8 activates the oscillator. Detailed jumper setup information is available in Appendix A and the operator interface’s hardware jumper panel.
