Description

The REM615 is a high-performance motor protection and control device from ABB, part of the Relion® product family. Designed for high-voltage motors, as well as medium and large low-voltage motors controlled by contactors, it is ideal for asynchronous motor protection, control, measurement, and monitoring in manufacturing, processing, chemical, oil, and power industries, and can also support synchronous motors and their drives in generation plants.

Key features include comprehensive protection functions such as overcurrent, ground fault, and overheating protection, which safeguard motors against overload, short circuit, and overheating damage. It also enables motor start/stop control and real-time operation status monitoring, plus accurate measurement of operating parameters and fault event recording to simplify troubleshooting and maintenance.

Technical specifications include a rated voltage of 10 kV, rated current of 630 A, and flexible power options: 24 V DC ±20%, or rated auxiliary voltages of 100, 110, 120, 220, 240 V AC (50/60 Hz) or 48, 60, 110, 125, 220, 250 V DC.
