TRICONEX AI3351 Analog Input Module
Description
The TRICONEX AI3351 Analog Input Module is a high-reliability component designed for the Triconex safety control system, engineered for critical process control applications including petrochemical, power, nuclear, and rail transit industries where high safety and stability are required. As a core analog input (AI) module, it features a triple modular redundant (TMR) structure with three independent input acquisition channels and a mid-value selection algorithm, significantly enhancing system fault tolerance. Key technical specifications include a 32-channel configuration (with variant 8-channel models available) that supports common analog input signals such as 0–5V DC or 4–20mA. It delivers high measurement performance with 0.01% full-scale resolution and ±0.1% full-scale accuracy, and operates at a sampling frequency of 16Hz. Powered by 24V DC with a typical power consumption of 20W, the module has a wide operating temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius (or up to 75 degrees Celsius for some variants), a storage temperature range of -55 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, and supports non-condensing humidity levels from 5% to 95%. Additional rugged features include 5g vibration resistance (10Hz to 2000Hz) and 50g shock resistance (11ms), with per-channel isolation and self-diagnostic functions to improve anti-interference capability and fault detection.
