Description

The Woodward 5466-352 Control Module is a safety control product designed for complex power management and prime mover control applications. It is part of a three-component control system paired with 512/524 and 1712/1724 EPG units, engineered to provide speed control for diesel, natural gas, or gasoline engines, as well as gas turbines. This integrated system includes an actuator, electronic speed control, and magnetic pickup, and supports both synchronous and droop control functionalities. As a member of the Woodward LS-5 series, the 5466-352 module features integrated power decoupling and protection capabilities, making it suitable for setups with multiple utility feeds, bus breakers, and group breakers. It can also be paired with Woodward’s easYgen-3400XT/3500XT units to form a complete generator set control system, delivering reliable, coordinated performance for power generation and prime mover regulation tasks.
