YOKOGAWA UM33A-020-11 Digital Indicator with Alarms
Description
The YOKOGAWA UM33A-020-11 Digital Indicator with Alarms is a compact, multi-function monitoring device designed for industrial process measurement and alarm control. It features a 1-point universal PV input compatible with thermocouple (TC), resistance temperature detector (RTD), mV, V, and mA signals, with an indication accuracy of ±0.1% of full scale. The device uses a 5-digit 14-segment LCD display for clear PV/SP data visualization, and offers selectable control scan cycles of 50, 100, or 200 milliseconds for flexible response rates.
Equipped with 2 digital input (DI) ports for PV peak and valley reset, and 3 standard digital output (DO) ports (expandable to 9) for functions including PV high, PV low, and deviation high alarms, it supports comprehensive process monitoring and alerting. Optional features include a PV loop power supply (LPS) with 21.6 to 28.0 VDC output, and RS-485 communication with support for Modbus/RTU, point-to-point (P2P), coordinated operation, and PC-Link protocols. The unit operates on a 100-240 V AC power supply (24 V AC/DC optional), has a maximum power consumption of 15 VA, and a compact design with a depth of 65 mm. It supports multi-language display (English, Spanish, French, German), and its front panel meets NEMA4/IP56 water-resistant standards. Additional user-friendly features include information scroll display, navigation guides, custom function keys, and configurable default settings, with input correction functions such as PV deviation, linear approximation, and linear deviation.
