Description

The YOKOGAWA UP55A-001-11-00/HA/CT Control is a programmable temperature controller designed for industrial process control applications. It features a compact 1/4 DIN form factor with a depth of only 65mm, and is equipped with an easy-to-read 14-segment large color LCD display, parameter text scrolling, navigation keys, programming function keys, user-configurable default values, and support for multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, and German.

This controller offers rich control capabilities, including 5 built-in control functions and algorithms such as 5 PID control calculation/output modes, ladder sequence control, and fuzzy logic control. It supports up to 30 program modes and 300 program segments, with a maximum of 99 segments per program mode, and can monitor 8 PV events, 16 time events, and 8 alarms simultaneously.

For connectivity, it provides flexible communication options: RS-485 with support for Modbus/RTU, inter-instrument communication, coordinated operation, and PC-Link, plus open network compatibility with PROFIBUS-DP, CC-Link, and DeviceNet. It is configured with 8 DI ports and 8 DO ports, and operates on a 100-240V AC power supply. The front panel has an IP56/NEMA4 (hose test only) protection rating, and it complies with RoHS/WEEE standards.
