Description

The YOKOGAWA UT150-AN/AL/EX Temperature Controller is a compact, versatile temperature regulation device housed in a space-saving 1/16 DIN package with dimensions of 48W x 48H x 100D mm. It features a large 4-digit LED display for clear, easy-to-read temperature readings, and its dust-tight and drip-proof panel meets the IP65 protection standard for reliable performance in harsh environments. This controller supports universal input compatibility, accepting signals from thermocouples, RTDs, and DC mV/V sources. It offers diverse control output options including relay contact output, voltage pulse output, and 4-20mA output. Key functional features include standard dynamic auto-tuning and “SUPER” overshoot suppression, with optional add-ons such as heating/cooling regulation, PV measurement retransmission, and timer functions. For alarm capabilities, it provides optional 2-point alarm output, plus heater break detection with an additional 2-point alarm output. Power supply options include a standard universal 100V-240V AC, or an optional 24V AC/DC. The /EX model variant adds external contact-controlled SP1/SP2 setpoint switching and external contact-activated timer start, while optional RS485 communication supports MODBUS, PC-Link, and Ladder protocols for seamless integration with industrial systems.
