Description

The YOKOGAWA UT150-AN/AL Temperature Controller is an economical, multi-functional 1/16 DIN temperature regulator designed for space-efficient industrial temperature control. Featuring a compact 1/16 DIN package with dimensions of 48 (W) x 48 (H) x 100 (D) mm, it minimizes installation space while delivering reliable performance. Its clear 4-digit LED display ensures easy reading of temperature data, and its dust-tight and drip-proof panel meets the IP65 protection standard, making it suitable for diverse working environments.

This controller supports universal input for thermocouples, RTDs, and DC mV/V signals, offering flexible compatibility with various temperature sensing devices. Standard functions include dynamic auto-tuning and “SUPER” overshoot suppression to maintain precise temperature control. Optional features expand its versatility: heating/cooling regulation, PV measurement value re-transmission, timer functionality, heater break alarm with dual alarm output relays, and RS485 communication supporting MODBUS, PC-Link, and Ladder protocols. It comes with a standard universal power supply of 100V to 240V AC, with an optional 24V AC/DC power supply available. Control output options include relay contact output (-R), voltage pulse output (-V), and 4-20mA output (-A), with configurable add-ons like /AL for 2-point alarm output, /HBA for heater break alarm plus 2-point alarms, /EX for setpoint switching and timer activation, /RET for 4-20mA PV transmission, /RS for RS485 communication, and /V24 for 24V power supply.
