Description

The YOKOGAWA UT150-AN/RS Digital Thermostat Temperature Controller is a compact, versatile temperature regulation device housed in a space-saving 1/16 DIN package with dimensions 48W x 48H x 100D mm. It features a large 4-digit LED display for clear, easy-to-read temperature readings, and its front panel has an IP65-rated dust and drip-proof design for reliable operation in harsh environments. The controller supports universal input for thermocouples, RTD, and DC mV/V signals, making it compatible with a wide range of temperature sensing devices. Standard power supply is 100V to 240V AC, with an optional 24V AC/DC power supply available. It offers flexible control output options, including current output (4-20mA DC or 0-20mA DC, with a maximum load resistance of 600 ohms) and voltage pulse output, with current output accuracy of ±0.1% of span (±5% of span for 1mA or less). Optional functions include heating/cooling regulation, measured value PV retransmission, timer functionality, and heater break alarm with dual alarm output relays. The RS485 communication capability supports MODBUS, PC-Link, and Ladder protocols for seamless integration with industrial control systems.
