Description

The YOKOGAWA UT150-AN/V24 Temperature Controller is a compact, versatile 1/16 DIN temperature regulator designed for space-constrained industrial applications. It features a small footprint with dimensions of 48 (W) x 48 (H) x 100 (D) mm, and an IP65-rated dust- and drip-proof panel for reliable operation in harsh environments. Equipped with a large 4-digit LED display, it provides clear, easy-to-read temperature readings at a glance. This controller supports universal input for thermocouples, RTD, and DC mV/V signals, making it compatible with a wide range of temperature sensing devices. Standard features include dynamic auto-tune and “SUPER” overshoot suppression functions to ensure precise temperature control. Optional capabilities include heating/cooling regulation, process value (PV) re-transmission, timer functionality, heater break alarm, dual alarm output relays, and RS485 communication with support for MODBUS, PC-Link, and Ladder protocols. It offers flexible power options: a standard universal 100V to 240V AC power supply, or an optional 24V AC/DC power supply, with configurable control outputs including relay contact, voltage pulse, and 4 to 20mA current output based on suffix codes.
